Start with a functional design of about eight hours
A detailed quote for an AI project with many open choices takes almost as much time as the work itself, and we would rather put those hours into the solution. So we start with a functional design we make together with you: which channels, which sources, which rules and limits, where a human steps in. With that design on the table you get an estimate of the hours for a prototype and a full version, plus the monthly costs for hosting and AI usage. An estimate based on what we know by then, not a fixed price. What it does prevent is paying for assumptions nobody can substantiate yet.

Choose a bundle
Four, eight, twenty or forty hours. The larger the bundle, the lower the effective rate. Eight hours is usually enough for the functional design.

By e-mail or in a conversation; a rough idea is fine. We log the time spent per request, rounded to the quarter hour, and you follow it in real time in your dashboard.

The AI proposes, you decide
Everything we build works on the same principle: the AI analyses and proposes, a person reviews and decides. You get a notification whenever an outcome becomes promising.

Can you indicate the time needed upfront?
For small requests, yes: we give you an estimate first. For a new AI project the honest answer is that the functional design is the estimate. About eight hours in, you know what the prototype and the full version take, plus the monthly costs.
Is this allowed? Platform terms, spam and disclosing AI.
That is the first thing we check. Many platforms do not allow automated reading or mass outreach, unsolicited commercial e-mail to consumers falls under the spam ban, and an AI communicating on your behalf has to identify itself as AI. We do not build around that; it would put your accounts and reputation at risk. We look for the route that does work, and it often works better. It is not a legal opinion; for that we refer you to a specialist.
What does AI usage cost per month?
Costs for AI models (LLM usage), hosting and any tooling are separate from the hours and are passed on one to one. We budget them in the functional design, so you know where you stand. You can also run on your own accounts; then you see the costs directly.
Who builds it, AI or people?
Senior people who use AI to the full wherever it helps. The design, the choices and the final check are human work. That is how we built Outranq, our own AI platform that plans, writes, optimises and publishes SEO content within fixed rules per client, with a human sign-off. And it is how we build software that turns research data into legally precise documents, validated by the case handler.
I need a fixed price upfront. Can you help me?
For an AI project with many open choices, rarely a good idea for either side. After the functional design we give a substantiated estimate; no rights can be derived from it. Once the scope is sharp, a fixed price for a well-defined part is possible, and remaining hours on your ticket are deducted from it.
How can I track the time used and still available?
An online dashboard is available for all our ticket customers. It gives you a real-time, fully transparent report of the time we used, what we used it for, and the time still available.
Can I extend the validity period of my ticket?
Yes. Did your ticket expire? Simply purchase a new ticket within 12 months after the expiration date and we reactivate the remaining hours of your expired ticket.
Do you also work on AI someone else built?
Yes. We start with a short assessment, the vibe code check for AI-built apps, so we know what we are taking over, and we tell you honestly what we find.
Are there special rates for charities?
Yes. Non-profit and charitable organisations get a reduced rate. Mention it in your request and we will apply it.
