The complete terms and conditions run to six pages and cover quotations and agreements, delivery and acceptance, payment terms, intellectual property, liability, confidentiality and termination.

They are supplied with every quotation, and you can open or download them here at any time.

Which version applies

The version applicable to your engagement is the one supplied with your quotation. Where an individual agreement differs from these general terms, the individual agreement takes precedence.

Language

These terms exist in English only. That English version is the binding one, also for Dutch-language clients and agreements.
