FAQ

The questions we get most

About how we work, what things cost, how long they take and what happens after launch. If your question is not here, just ask.

Working together

We work directly with you, without account managers in between. One of the founders is involved in every project, and the people who make the plan are the people who execute it.

For smaller and recurring work we offer bundles of hours instead of a retainer. You buy a block and use it when you need it.

What does it cost?

Projects are quoted per project, after we understand what you need. We would rather scope it properly than give you a number that changes three times.

For hourly work, our support bundles start at four hours. Non-profit and charitable organisations get a reduced rate.

How long does it take?

A website typically runs six to twelve weeks from first conversation to launch, depending on scope and how quickly content and feedback come back. That last part is usually the deciding factor.

Smaller changes and fixes go through our support bundles and are usually handled within days.

What happens after launch?

We stay involved. Platforms need maintenance, software ages and search engines change. We monitor, update and improve rather than hand over and disappear.

You own everything we build: code, content, hosting and accounts. There is no lock-in.

Do you work with existing websites?

Yes. Taking over a site someone else built is common for us. We start with an assessment so we know what we are inheriting, and we tell you honestly what we find, including anything that needs attention before it becomes urgent.

Which countries do you work in?

We are based in Amstelveen and work with clients across the Netherlands, Belgium and the wider EU. Several of our platforms serve multiple countries and languages.
