PMGT is a small senior team. We would rather stay the right size than become the biggest, because personal attention on every project is the thing clients actually hire us for.
What we look for
People who have done the work long enough to know what goes wrong, and who say so before it does. We do not hire juniors to learn on client projects.

- Marketers who can read data and write copy that sells
- Specialists in AI implementation and automation
How we work
Directly with clients, without account managers in between. Everyone here talks to the people whose business depends on the work.
We work remotely and meet in Amstelveen when it helps. Project-based collaboration with freelancers is common and welcome.
