Funnels & journeys

The route from first encounter to customer, and from customer to returning customer. Measurable at every step, so you see where it flows and where it leaks.

Plenty of visitors, too few customers

Traffic comes in, people click, and yet the counter lags behind. Somewhere along the way people drop off, and without a measurable route you do not know where.

A funnel makes that route visible and steerable: from attention to interest, from interest to purchase, from purchase to loyalty.

The whole journey

Built per phase

  • Reach

Being found where your audience already is: search engines (including today's AI search engines), social media, marketplaces, affiliate and comparison platforms.

  • Consideration

Convincing doubters with landing pages and the right message per touchpoint.

  • Conversion

From interest to order: funnels that qualify, nurture and close.

  • Retention

Keeping existing customers is often considerably more profitable than acquiring new ones: reactivation and loyalty are included as standard.

What you get

Measurable from start to finish

  • A customer journey mapped: every touchpoint, every phase, every message.
  • Funnels built on the channels where your buyers are, for B2B and B2C.
  • Measuring points per step, so you see where deals are lost and where they are won.
  • Connections to your site, CRM and email, so the route is technically sound too.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a funnel and a customer journey?

The customer journey is the whole route as your customer experiences it, from first encounter to repeat purchase. A funnel is the built part of it: the concrete pages, flows and measuring points that guide people along that route.

Does this work for B2B, with long decision cycles?

Especially there. The longer the cycle, the more touchpoints, and the more important it is that every moment is right and measurable.

Does my site need an overhaul for this?

Usually not. Funnels land on or alongside what you have. If the technology itself turns out to be the brake, we say so honestly; the future-proof review pins that down.
