Review & Secure
Future-proof review
Where does your website stand, and what needs to happen in the years ahead? A senior review of the technology behind your site and of your findability, with a prioritised roadmap.
If the review turns up no improvements, we credit it.

Leon Katz · CIO
The verdict is human work: a senior reviews every report before it reaches you.
Thank you, PMGT, for taking over the website build and creating the e-commerce platform we needed. Your professional and profound approach transformed our online presence and operational efficiency.
F. van Doorn · YarrahEveryone is talking about AI. Your site still runs fine.
When does that become a risk? Customers search differently than they did three years ago: increasingly through AI search engines that write their own answers. Technology that served you well for years can start holding you back. And somewhere between "it still works" and "we missed the boat" lies the moment you want to know where you stand.
And it is about more than being found. The real gain is working with AI: what your team creates with AI, live on your site right away, inside the CMS you already know.
You do not have to guess that moment. You can have it tested.
What it is
What the future-proof review is
Technology
The state of the technology behind your site: how healthy is it, how secure, and how long will it last?
Commerce
Your findability, including in AI search engines: will you be found where your customers search tomorrow?
Working with AI
Can your team produce with AI and put it live right away, inside your own CMS? We assess how well your platform supports that.
Roadmap
What deserves attention, in what order, and what can wait?
Not a sales pitch dressed up as a report. An honest diagnosis: we interpret, you decide.
The outcome
One of three routes
- 01
Optimise
You are in good shape. The foundation is healthy and targeted improvements will do: faster for visitors, easier to find, more secure where it matters.
- 02
Modernise
Your technology stays, but gets made future-proof. Think removing redundant layers, or preparing your platform for tomorrow's performance.
- 03
Tech switch
The technology behind your site is nearing the end of its life. Then switching to new technology is the sensible route, partially or fully, without losing findability or data.
And sometimes the outcome is: you are in good shape, do nothing major for now. That is a valid outcome and we will say it out loud. Better still:
If the review turns up no improvements, we credit it.
What you get
Concrete deliverables
- A report with the risks and improvements we found, ranked by priority.
- A concrete recommendation per item: what, why, and in what order.
- A roadmap for the years ahead, written in plain language, ready to share internally.
- A session in which we walk through the report together and answer your questions.
Two certainties come with it, both literal: if the review turns up no improvements, we credit it. And if you choose a follow-up project with us, the review is fully deducted from it. What the review is not: a guarantee. Nobody in this field can give one, and neither can we. We help strengthen your defence and can implement the advice too; your site and your data remain yours.
Investment: from €1,250.
How it works
From intake to roadmap
- 01
Intake
A short conversation about your site, your goals and what is going on. This is also where we match the scope of the review to your situation. Then we get (read-only) access to what we need.
- 02
Review
A senior examines the technology, the security and your findability, including how you show up in AI search engines and how well your CMS supports working with AI.
- 03
Report
You receive the findings ranked by priority, with a concrete recommendation per item.
- 04
Walkthrough
We go through the report together and point out the logical next route. What you do with it is up to you: you stay in the driver's seat.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is my site future-proof after the review?
Think of a home inspection: we show you which doors and windows are weak and what to do about them. But even with better locks and an alarm, nobody can promise that no one ever gets in. The same holds in our field, for us too. The review makes risks visible, the advice is meant to reduce them, and you decide what to do with it, yourself or with us; your site and your data remain your responsibility.
My site runs fine. Why do a review now?
Because "fine today" says nothing about two years from now. Search behaviour is shifting to AI search engines, technology ages quietly and security risks grow unnoticed. The review makes that visible while there is still time to choose calmly. And if you are in good shape, you will hear that too: if the review turns up no improvements, we credit it.
Which websites and platforms is the review suitable for?
Almost anything that runs: websites, webshops, apps and platforms, whatever technology they are built on. During the intake we check whether your situation fits; if not, we say so upfront.
Do you also look at personal data and the GDPR?
We assess risks around personal data: where it is processed, where it lingers unnecessarily and where the technology is vulnerable. We report what we find and advise what deserves attention. It is not a legal compliance verdict; for that we will point you to a specialist.
Do I have to continue with you afterwards?
No. The report is yours, written in plain language, and usable with any team or agency. If you do choose a follow-up with us, the review is fully deducted.
How long does it take?
From intake to walkthrough, typically two to three weeks; if it is urgent, we can move faster by arrangement. You will know upfront when to expect the report.
Want to know where you stand?
If the review turns up no improvements, we credit it.
