What it never is: billing by the hour. You know where you stand upfront, and we are built to stay ahead of problems instead of charging per incident.

Frequently asked questions
Is the Co-pilot an AI service?
No. The name refers to the role: we fly along, you hold the controls. The work is done by senior people who use AI extensively where it helps, but the thinking, judging and accounting is human work.
Which platforms does this work for?
Almost any stack: from natively built sites to existing CMS and e-commerce platforms. For WordPress we work under our sister brand WP Agency, with the same senior team.
Am I locked in?
It is an ongoing subscription with a notice period, not a multi-year contract as a principle. We make the agreements clear upfront, scope and terms on paper.
What happens when there is an incident?
Then we are there: we spot it (often before you notice), fix it, and explain afterwards what happened and what we learn from it. Incident recovery is part of the subscription, not a separate invoice.
