Integration in website/CMS

Something has been built (yourself, with AI, or by us) and it needs to land in your existing website or CMS: neatly, safely and without breaking your current site.

Built. Now into your site.

A new tool, an AI app, a calculator, a client portal: it works, and now it needs to go into your website. That is exactly where things often go wrong. What runs fine on its own can cause conflicts in your site, open holes in your security or hurt your findability.

Integrating is a craft.

The options

Three ways to land

Which one fits depends on what was built and what you want from it. We decide that in the intake, together.
  • Part of your site

The build becomes part of your existing website and CMS, in the same style and the same management. Best when it truly belongs there and your team will work with it; not ideal when the technology differs too much from your site.

  • Separate subdomain

The build runs next to your site (say app.yourdomain.com), in your house style. Strong when the app has its own pace and technology; less fitting when visitors should experience it as one whole with your site.

  • Connected via API

The build and your site exchange data through a link (an API, in trade terms), each on its own technology. The most flexible route, and the right one when data needs to flow between systems; unnecessary when there is nothing to exchange.

Why senior assessment

What goes wrong without it

An integration touches everything at once: security (every connection is a door), performance (one heavy component slows your whole site), findability (badly placed work can hurt your positions) and management (who maintains what?).

That is why a senior assesses the build before it lands, and why we deliver it connected, tested and monitored.

How it works

From intake to delivery

  1. 01

    Intake

What was built, what should it do, and who will work with it? This is where we pick the landing route together.

  2. 02

    Assess

A senior reviews the build for security and durability before it touches your site.

  3. 03

    Integrate

We connect it, in your style and your management, and test the whole: site and new build together.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Working, documented and monitored. If you want ongoing care, the Co-pilot stands ready.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can my current site break during the integration?

That risk is exactly why we assess first and connect second. We work outside your live site until everything is tested, and going live is a controlled step, not a leap.

My app was built with AI. Can it just go into my site?

Not just like that: AI-built apps deserve a vibe code check first. Then you know what is needed, and it lands tested instead of on hope.

Does my team have to learn a new system?

That is precisely what we want to avoid. Wherever possible, the build lands in the CMS you already know, so your team keeps working where it always works.

What about personal data flowing through the connection?

We map upfront which data flows and assess risks around personal data: where it passes, who can access it and how the connection is protected.
